This morning after breakfast travel to Toledo, capital of Castile. On arrival an expert guided walking tour highlights the Jewish Synagogue and more. Next travel into Andalusia to hilltop Granada with its views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. This evening dine in your hotel.

GRANADA - COSTA DEL SOL (MARBELLA)

COSTA DEL SOL (MARBELLA) - FEZ (2 nights)
Begin with a Mediterranean coastal drive to catch a ferry for the crossing to North Africa. Step into a different world as you enter Morocco. FEZ SIGHTSEEING AND AT LEISURE
Today's guided sightseeing tour shows you the fascinating labyrinthine Médina plus the Royal Palace. MARRAKESH - CASABLANCA
Today drive to Casablanca, scene of Bogart's most magical moments and some of North Africa's best beaches. Later time to further explore this romantic city and its associations with Humphrey Bogart.

CASABLANCA - RABAT - TANGIER

LISBON SIGHTSEEING AND AT LEISURE

You may decide to shop for pottery and fishermen's sweaters in Cascais. Tonight a Portuguese seafood dinner by the Tagus River is suggested.

LISBON - FATIMA - SALAMANCA
Enjoy a scenic drive through the Serra d'Aire Mountains this morning before arriving at the Shrine at Fatima - scene of celebrated religious miracles. Then leave Portugal and travel back into Spain to Salamanca where an orientation shows you the Plaza Mayor.

SALAMANCA - AVILA - MADRID
After breakfast stop in Avila, birthplace of St. Theresa, to see its mighty fortifications. From here continue past the Sierra de Guadarrama back to Madrid for the final night of your tour. Here guided sightseeing features views of the Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol and the Cervantes Memorial. This evening join your Tour Director and fellow travelers for a Farewell Dinner.
